It is with great pleasure that ATLAS E.P. invites you for the second year in a row to enjoy the universally accessible opera, “The barber of Seville”, at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall. A collaboration of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall and the Bucharest National Opera with the Directorate of Municipal Music Ensembles & Artistic Education of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.


Gioachino Rossini’s lively comic opera performed at the Friends Music Hall M1 with interpreting in the Greek Sign Language, Surtitling with dialogue depiction and depiction of the soundscape as well as Audio Description of the visual content, accompanied by voice-over of the dialogues in Greek.

STORYLINE


Figaro, an all-around barber and a professional botcher, decides that he wants to become a matchmaker because… why not? The Count of Almaviva is after the beautiful Rosina, but her guardian, Bartolo, guards the house like a proper vault. Disguises, plots and aries become a mess until everyone has lost their minds. Apart from Figaro, who always finds a way out!
