ATLAS E.P. is joining the three-day D plus+ Festival, offering live surtitling services during the theatrical performances on May 19 and 21.
More specifically, on May 19 Roy Kift's "Stronger than Superman", directed by Vassilis Koukalani and Antonis Rellas will be holistically accessible the Intralingual Greek surtitles for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing persons by ATLAS E.P., simultaneous interpretation in the Greek Sign Language by Theodora Tsapoiti and audio Description in Greek for blind and for visually impaired audiences by Thanasis Papantonopoulos and Nefeli Papantonopoulou.
On May 21, the dance-theatre performance "Inclusion or Discrimination - Visible and Invisible Fences" by Giorgos Christakis and Antonis Rellas will be holistically accessible the Intralingual Greek surtitles for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing persons by ATLAS E.P., simultaneous interpreting in the Greek Sign Language by Theodora Tsapoiti and Audio Description in Greek for blind and for visually impaired audiences by Thanasis Papantonopoulos and Nefeli Papantonopoulou.
May 19-20-21 Sychrono Theatro and the Disabled Artists Movement are organizing the D plus+ Festival at the friendly and accessible Sychrono Theater.
D plus+ is a three-day universally accessible festival, that aspires to become a yearly tradition for the promotion of the art of disabled artists, as well as for their creative encounter with non-disabled artists.
