"The most important thing in audio description is to learn when not to speak", by Kiki Vassalou


Emmanouela Patiniotaki and ATLAS E.P. met up with Akindynos Gkikas at Open Studio post in order to have a discussion with Kiki Vassalou from Athinorama about audio description, prompted by the series "The Wilder".


"Yorgos Gkikapeppas’ 'The Wilder' is the ERTFLIX production that stole the show this year across streaming platforms in Greece both as a fiction series and for the series’ audio description."


Behind the script and the narration of the audio description is Emmanouela Patiniotaki and ATLAS E.P. The recording and sound mixing took place at Open Studio post of Akindynos Gkikas with Sotiris Laskaris.
