"ELECTRA" on ERT with SDH - ACCESSIBILITY IDENTITY

"Electra" returns with its second season premier at 19:45 on ERT1 on Monday, September 9th. The series will be broadcast on ERT1 with SDH by ATLAS E.P.

In order to get a clearer picture of the subtitles, here you will find information about the characters and the colours in which their words will be displayed.

A few words about the plot (from ERT's website):

The bright sunlight shines on the small island of Arsinoe. Some secrets, betrayals, and crimes are revealed. The mirror has somehow turned upside down. Sotiris, who was let down by those closest to him, will go from being a victim to becoming a perpetrator. The choices he makes on this revenge journey will ultimately lead to his downfall.

Nikolas, in an ironic twist of fate, is going from being the victim of an unscrupulous woman to becoming a victim himself. Nemesis is here for Nikolas, but also for Electra, who betrayed Sotiris and was betrayed by Pavlos. Her daughter's engagement to him is going to be the biggest disappointment she's ever faced. Can she handle it?

Electra, Sotiris, Pavlos, Nefeli, and Nikolas are trying to make it through each day, to move on, to love, to seek revenge, and to make amends. Ultimately, who will emerge victorious, and who will be broken?

The SDH of ATLAS E.P. follow the rules of the Greek Subtitling Guide for Accessibility Purposes. Therefore, each character has its own colour, which they retain as long as it is allowed by their interactions with other characters of the same colour. When this happens, their second colour is used. In addition, the soundscape of the series is represented by using the # symbol to introduce new music and (brackets) in order to describe how the music is further built and important sounds.
